Review policy

Participants can share a reflection through a personal invitation or the general form. Participation and completion are self-reported. “Purchase confirmed” means a paid order was confirmed, not that completion or results were independently verified.

Reflections are checked before publication for spam, identifying personal information and inappropriate content. Critical experiences and reports of no benefit are welcome. We do not rewrite reflections to strengthen an endorsement.

Only reflections with explicit publication permission can be approved. We publish the chosen display name, reflection, optional reflection answers, participation status and month and year. Email addresses, order details and private improvement feedback are never published.

Feedback from people who have not started remains private. You may also submit any feedback without publication permission.

You can withdraw publication permission using the personal link shown after submission. Keep that link for later. Administrators can also record a withdrawal, unpublish or delete a submission. Newsletter permission and review-invitation permission are separate from permission to publish.
